MEVLANA EXCHANGE PROGRAM
WHAT IS
MEVLANA EXCHANGE PROGRAM?
Mevlana
Exchange Program is a program that aims to exchange students and teaching staff
between higher education institutions providing education in the country and
higher education institutions providing education abroad. The program, which
entered into force with the Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated
23 August 2011 and numbered 28034, foresees cooperation with universities in
all regions of the world. However, in the exchanges to be made, the countries
included in the Erasmus program are excluded. Students who want to participate
in the exchange program can benefit from the program for at least 1, at most 2
semesters, with a scholarship once in their education life. Instructors, on the
other hand, can participate in the program to teach for at least 1 week (at
least 6 hours per week) and for a maximum of 3 months, once every academic
year. Similarly, students and lecturers from all parts of the world can come to
higher education institutions in Turkey within the scope of the program and participate
